This Shipping Policy describes how Spartamax orders are processed, shipped, and delivered. All orders are processed by ClickBank, the authorized retailer, and shipped from a US-based fulfillment center.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email from ClickBank immediately after purchase, followed by a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves the warehouse.

Within The United States
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after dispatch.
- Free shipping on 3-bottle and 6-bottle packages.
- $9.99 shipping on 1-bottle orders.
International Shipping
Spartamax ships to most international destinations. International shipping times vary by destination, typically 7-21 business days. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to follow your shipment through the carrier's website. If you cannot locate your tracking email, check your spam folder before contacting support.
Delivery Issues
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please:

- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation is correct.
- Check with neighbors, building managers, or your local post office.

Damaged Or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or any bottles are defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.
Wrong Address
If you enter the wrong shipping address at checkout, contact us immediately. We can update the address only before the order has shipped. Once shipped, we cannot redirect or recall the package.
